I appreciate your sensitivity to my body’s needs – I feel honored and respected in my practice to really have it be my practice and to modify as often as I choose. You bring a lot of humor to being on the mat which helps me not take myself too seriously and not feel frustrated when a pose does not come easily. Your spirit helps me enjoy the process and the path. Practicing yoga with you brings me to a child-like, peaceful place.
Katie has been a very considerate and instructive yoga guide and guru. She has listened to my requests, needs and protests. Guided me thru them with grace and encouragement. I’ve never been pushed but gently challenged and encouraged to go beyond my perceptions. She’s given me poses with expansions I can choose to achieve on my own or with guidance.
