I’m grateful for her guidance around modifying poses when my head goes below my heart (in my case, triggering migraines). She has helped me to find ways to experience the benefits of forward folds without actually doing forward folds which I really appreciate!

I appreciate your sensitivity to my body’s needs – I feel honored and respected in my practice to really have it be my practice and to modify as often as I choose. You bring a lot of humor to being on the mat which helps me not take myself too seriously and not feel frustrated when a pose does not come easily. Your spirit helps me enjoy the process and the path. Practicing yoga with you brings me to a child-like, peaceful place.
