I’m grateful for her guidance around modifying poses when my head goes below my heart (in my case, triggering migraines). She has helped me to find ways to experience the benefits of forward folds without actually doing forward folds which I really appreciate!
Her individual classes have been a blessing. She’s guided me with focus and rhythm to achieve a satisfying and boosting restorative balance. Strengthening my being thru her yoga and friendship. I have greatly benefited from the peace and strength she has helped me access.
