affordable private yin and low-flow classes — in-person or online!

now, one hour of online private yoga is $30, no strings. 1/2 hour for $20.

and, thanks to vaccines, I can now teach in person one-on-one and small group classes. classes start at $100 for a single student for one hour; $150 for two to four students.


Yin is close-to-the-ground, long held poses that challenge connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, fasciae), strengthen bones and keep joints resilient. Beginners and experienced yinners welcome.

Each pose can be a short meditation (helpful for those of us who have trouble making time to sit or can’t sit still too long).

Low-flow is somewhere between yin and vinyasa yoga — staying close to the ground, we’re staying grounded with both measured dynamic movement and long holds, smooth transitions and creative play.


We need it. We all need the quiet, the focus inside instead of out. Bring yourself into your right proportion with the world.
